Simply, a TOP GAME! I was waiting for it to be supplied for some longer time, however, all the waiting paid out at the very second I opened the box. I have some strange attraction to this game. I am a fan of the original book series, thus I love the complexity and depth of the world created by Frank Herbert.

The very first game session was a difficult one - all of my family members joined, and it took some time to explain the background of the story and lay out all the rules, nevertheless, once we started playing, everyone more or less, adapted to the difficulty and became concentrated on the pillar of the whole game - the confrontation. In a short period of time, you find yourself being a different person with various motivations and a terrible desire to win.

YES! - is the answer if you are considering obtaining it. The only aspect to be aware of is that this is a pretty complex game the quality of which also depends on the people who play it. If there is going to be someone who does not want to understand/enjoy the game from the very beginning, it will be hard for you to get them interested. Meanwhile, the more people are playing, the better the result!

I bought these ones to double-cover my DUNE cards - they serve as the first layer. They are a great, almost tight fit for the standard-size cards.
They are great if you would love to protect your cards from being damaged during intense game sessions. :) They will serve you well!

I bought several packs for the original DUNE board game (i.e., for spice, instead of using the cartoon chips).
They serve the purpose very nicely and even seem like an organic addition to the game. To conclude, this was a great choice!

It's an awesome product, especially if you are a big DUNE fan (like myself). One of the disadvantages of the original game was that the playing field was too small for all the chips and other elements to be placed on it. This product eliminates the problem. Plus, you do not have to be afraid of any kind of liquid damaging the surface (or the bottom). It seems to be a very sturdy material with a detailed map printed on it.

Ohhh...and the 3D-printed figures are a nice touch.
